How long do the prodcut last?

The typical lifespan of standard prodcut is around 1 months, unless special treatment is applied.

Can the products be transported to different cities for exhibitions?

Small ones sets can be transported to various cities for exhibitions. However, without repair workers, the products will only last up to 1 months. Medium and large ones sets cannot be transported to multiple cities for exhibitions.

Can clients install the products themselves abroad?

They sets that are within the size of a shipping container can be installed by the client themselves. For products sets larger than the size of a shipping container, professional installation is required.

How long does it take to produce products abroad?

It takes about 25 days to produce at the Zigong factory (depending on the complexity of the design), plus shipping time. If installation is required abroad, an additional 25 days for installation is needed. If the client installs the products themselves, this installation time is not necessary.

Durability & Safety Assurance

We use fireproof and waterproof materials to make the lanterns, ensuring their durability in various weather conditions. Typically, the lanterns have a lifespan of three months, which is enough for the duration of the event. In case of extreme situations, our exhibition staff will be on-site to handle any issues, ensuring the smooth running of the event.

Production & Shipping Time

Once the design is confirmed, our production cycle is 20 days, with possible extensions for special circumstances. Shipping generally takes 20 days to ensure that your lanterns arrive on time at the event site.

Shipping & Installation Services

We will ship them in containers, and customers can simply unpack and set them up upon arrival. For larger-scale lantern events, we also offer professional installation services, sending technicians to the site to assist with setup, ensuring the best display effect.
